Frederick's Furniture Gallery is looking for a self-motivated Salesperson that understands the importance of sales and customer service, and truly enjoys interacting with customers.

Requirements:
- Ability to provide individualized service that appeals to the customers needs
- Ability to listen to customers needs and help them find the perfect solution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Confident selling techniques and strong ability to close a sale without pressure
- Ability to develop long term customer relationships and to work cooperatively with a team
- Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail oriented
- Demonstrate ability to achieve and exceed goals and targets
- Must be coachable, teachable and adaptable

Responsibilities:
- Greet and advise customers on products and services
- Finalize sale according to customers needs
- Prepare sales contracts in accordance with current policies and procedures
- Develop a strong network of clients and create a long term relationship with them
- Achieve sales objectives
