Thanks to all the people at Frederick's 

We just had our furniture delivered, and although I don't usually post
reviews, in this case I felt compelled to do so. The whole experience, from
going in to the store, working with Gary, who helped us find exactly the
right style, colour and fit, to the professional delivery people, who took
every precaution to protect our home and placed everything where we want it,
was fantastic.
Thanks to all the people at Frederick's who helped make this
shopping experience so enjoyable.

We just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new chair and ottoman that you replaced for us. The leather is exceptional on the new chair and there is absolutely NO comparison to the issues we experienced with the previous one!

We just wanted to say thank you, again, for jumping through the hoops you did to help us with the issue and we thought you might like to extend our thanks as well to Campio. In these times, good customer service is a rarity and we wanted you to know that it did not go unnoticed. People do not share their good experiences often enough - so we thought this was a good opportunity to do so. Thanks again!

A Quick Thank You

Just a quick thank you for the wonderful service my mother received from Frederick's Gallery. We visited the store yesterday, and my mother discussed with Joanne exactly what she was looking to purchase to replace two well worn living room chairs.
Joanne recommended some chairs which met her specifications and made some additional suggestions for her consideration. Mom chose a beautiful leather recliner and ordered a pair.
The chairs were delivered today and mom asked me to contact Joanne and thank her for her knowledge, recommendations, and patience. She also wanted to inform Frederick's that the delivery was efficient and the delivery staff were very courteous.
